Job summary

Lyons Magnus LLC in Westlake, OH, is hiring a Processing Operator to batch and cook syrups, sauces, and toppings and to run the filler. This role reports to the Production Lead within the Production Department of our manufacturing facility. You will work Monday to Friday, 1:45pm–12:00am, with occasional Saturdays, at $21.00 per hour plus shift differential.

Overtime may be required. We seek reliable team members with strong attention to safety and quality, and the ability to use RedZone and MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with RedZone and Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes in RedZone.
• Cook or blend products to specifications as outlined in the recipe.
• Verify BRIX and pH levels to ensure they meet recipe requirements.
• Monitor and manually verify temperatures throughout the cooking process.
• Set up and operate equipment, including fillers, cappers, kettles, pumps, and piping.
• Package finished goods in bottles or cans according to product specifications.
• Record lot codes and quality checks using RedZone and Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
