Job summary

Lyons Magnus LLC is seeking a Production Worker in Westlake, OH to join the Production Department. Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, operating production equipment, bottling or canning finished goods, and documenting quality checks.

Shift schedules are 1st and 2nd with overtime and weekend work; temp-to-hire with benefits eligibility after 90 days. The role requires strict adherence to GMP, SQF, and food safety guidelines, with a focus on maintaining a clean, organized facility and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Measure/prep ingredients as directed in the recipe.
• Cook or blend product specifications as required on the recipe.
• Document all lot code and quality checks using RedZone and Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX).
• Set up equipment (fillers, cappers, kettles, pumps, piping, etc.) & run assembly lines.
• Bottle/can finish goods to product specification.
• Ensure food safety throughout the facility (GMP’s) as per SQF guidelines.
• Cleaning of the facility inside and the grounds outside.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as per SQF guidelines.
• Maintain workspace in a clean and organized manner.
• Documentation of cleaning results and issues that may arise.
• Other functions and duties necessary by direction of management
