Job summary

Randstad in Joplin, MO is seeking a production associate to safely operate manufacturing equipment and ensure food safety standards are met. The role runs 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM with a focus on packaging, quality checks, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include maintaining GMP compliance, supporting shift teams, loading materials, and preparing products for shipping while ensuring a clean work area and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety, GMPs and food safety regulations.
• Ability to operate production machinery and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality checks and inspect packaging.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work area during shift transitions.
