Job summary

You will set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery, read recipes, and maintain accurate documentation while following GMP, allergen controls, and HACCP. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with flexible scheduling including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Set up, adjust, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment per recipe.
• Read and follow recipes; track batch information and lot numbers.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; follow GMP and allergen procedures.
• Report food safety and quality issues to supervisor.
• Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
