Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a reliable Packaging Machine Operator to set up and run automated form, fill, and seal packaging equipment. You will ensure high-quality packaged goods meet specifications and production schedules while leading assigned shift personnel and upholding safety standards.

The role is on second shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM) with an annual salary around $38,730–$38,834. Requires a High School diploma and willingness to work in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aptitude for non-major machine maintenance.
• Proficiency with the metric system and basic math/reading comprehension.
• Certified to operate powered industrial equipment (tow motor/forklift).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (including overhead) and maneuver material rolls weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or sanitary packaging environments is preferred.
