Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor care tasks such as waxing, stripping, and buffing while complying with safety rules. The role requires operating motorized cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work area, with opportunities to support the shift lead on punch-list items.

SHIFTS: Sunday - Thursday, 5:00pm - 1:30am. Compensation ranges from $19.85 to $20.85 per hour, with comprehensive benefits; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks: waxing, stripping, buffing, and cleaning of tile, carpet, and brick floors.
• Follow safety rules and company policies; report hazards.
• Maintain clean work areas and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Support shift lead with punch-list items and maintain equipment safely.
