Job summary

Programmed Cleaning Inc. in New Berlin, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Project Worker Cleaner to perform cleaning and maintenance across multiple office facilities in the Milwaukee region.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM, with occasional daytime project work. This dual role includes Project Floor Work and General Cleaning; Floor Workers perform deep floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing, refinishing) and General Cleaners handle standard cleaning, moving furniture safely, and supporting

Qualifications

• Prior experience in floor care and professional cleaning operations preferred.
• Must demonstrate ability to work across multiple facilities and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform project tasks including stripping floors, waxing, buffing, carpet extraction, and other project work as requested.
• Operate industrial buffers and scrubbers.
• Include local deliveries of supplies as part of project work.
• Post-construction clean-ups and flood/carpet care as needed at client sites.
• Inspect and set up new equipment, materials, and processes.
• Collaborate with a manager to learn new equipment and methods.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Travel as required with a valid driver's license and driving record; pass background and drug screens.
