Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large, diverse fleet and perform PMs and repairs with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation. You will use cutting-edge diagnostics and work on vehicles ranging from cars to heavy trucks, including EV and alternative-fuel adaptations.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required; diagnostic, ergonomic, and high-tech equipment provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation; perform various physical movements.
• At least 18 years of age; pass forklift skills test if applicable.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs on diesel engines.
• Experience with driveline repairs on heavy-duty trucks.
• Experience using diagnostic platforms such as Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize leading diagnostics and analytics tools.
• Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans and forklifts.
• Perform advanced diagnostics across OE platforms (Volvo, International, Freightliner, etc.).
• Execute high-level repairs (engine, driveline, emissions, safety systems).
• Support alternative fuels and EV-related maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Answer service calls and uphold safety standards.
