Responsibilities

• Direct evening security activities across assigned Denver locations.
• Supervise Field Supervisors and security personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluate post performance and compliance.
• Review staffing, attendance, and operational indicators to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate client communications and service delivery against contracts.
• Coach and develop field staff, including onboarding and training.
• Balance staffing with operational priorities and respond to changing conditions.
• Monitor and report on performance trends to district leadership.
• Maintain documentation and reports for leadership review.
• Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy of administrative data.
