Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Mobile Field Lead to support night operations across northern and central Grand Rapids commercial facilities. You will work closely with the Territory Manager to ensure quality control, onboarding new staff, and smooth nightly account operations.

This active role combines hands-on facility care with leadership support, offering a Monday–Friday evening schedule, PTO after 90 days, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in mobile/field roles or shift supervision.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Physical ability to perform facility care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening site coverage and quality assurance.
• Conduct routine quality audits at client locations.
• Provide cleaning support including surfaces, floors, trash, restrooms.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff.
