Clean Team in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Daytime Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning accounts in Kentwood and the Greater Grand Rapids area. You will lead cleaning teams, visit customer sites, and ensure each building meets cleaning standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to juggle tasks at multiple locations. You will train staff, resolve service concerns, and build lasting relationships with customers while traveling between

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facilities, hospitality, retail, or logistics is a plus.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work occasional weekends when needed.

About the Position

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Weekend Work: Occasional, based on business needs

Primary Locations:Grand Rapids and Kentwood, MI

Service Area: Greater Grand Rapids and nearby West Michigan communities
