Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Evening Commercial Cleaning Field Manager to join our team for the following service areas; Rockford, Sparta, Plainfield, Grand Rapids, Cedar Springs, Walker, Greenville..etc.

In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial spaces, contributing to our mission of providing our clients a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing team members.
• Inspect the quality of work to maintain high standards through quality checks.
• Cover call in's for designated cleans.
• Inspire the team by fostering a positive attitude.
• Perform cleaning tasks on a daily basis.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Address customer complaints with cleaners professionally.
• Ensure that all facilities are properly secured.
• Lead two week reviews, scorecards and provide constructive feedback for employees.
• Come to home base (Greenville, MI) to gather supplies/equipment needed for employees.
• Start new accounts as they arise.
• Attend management meetings.
• Paid drive time at your hourly rate.
• Paid mileage.
• 120 day review!

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required for driving to various facilities.
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning role.
• Proven experience in management or a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Able to fill out paperwork and turn in to office at a timely manner.
• Must be able to start at 5pm and work until job done which is roughly about 1am.
