Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Hazlehurst, MS is seeking a dependable team member to fill in and perform all jobs in the assigned area when needed. You will train others on routines and ensure work aligns with company policies and animal welfare guidelines.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work nights or weekends as required. This on-site role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a cold, wet production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Independently fills in and performs work while regular worker absent from workstation.
• Distributes knives prior to shift start, swaps out knives during shift and collects knives at end of shift
• Sets up assigned lines with stands and ice
• Trains/cross-trains incoming or current workers on new skills as needed
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area around assigned line
• Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
