Job summary

• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently fills in and performs work when the regular worker is absent.
• Distributes knives before shift, swaps knives during shift, and collects knives at shift end.
• Sets up assigned lines with stands and ice.
• Trains or cross-trains incoming or current workers on new skills.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area around the assigned line.
• Performs work in compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
