SBM is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Beavercreek, OH to support our cleaning operations and ensure client satisfaction. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, follow safety protocols, and work with the team to maintain a clean, safe environment.

The role requires minimal formal education, 3–6 months training or experience preferred, and may require a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment is required.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safe handling is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor.
