Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ohio to help maintain cleanliness and safety across assigned facilities. The role requires performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring daily upkeep while following all safety protocols.

Candidates should have 3–6 months of training or experience preferred; bilingual is a plus; US citizenship required; shifts Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am; pay $15.00-$16.00 per hour; no formal education required.

Qualifications

• No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and safety certifications.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
