Job summary

Lake Center Christian School in Hartville, MO seeks a part-time Facilities Team Member for evening shifts (3:30pm–11:30pm) to support grounds, buildings and equipment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Carpentry experience or construction experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day inspections, preventative maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Carry out cleaning activities.
• Respond to emergency situations and evaluate/correct issues.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Perform maintenance tasks and check safety systems.
• Collaborate with workers during renovations.
• Set up and tear down for events.
• Other duties as assigned.
