Job summary

Lake Center Christian School is seeking a part-time Facilities Team Member for the evenings to assist with daily operations of the campus, including grounds, buildings and equipment. The role supports maintenance, cleaning, and event setup while working within a faith-based mission.

The position requires basic knowledge of building systems, hand tools and the ability to work independently in a team. Shift is from 3:30pm–11:30pm with a fixed 5-hour window.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day inspections, preventative maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Performs cleaning activities.
• Responds to emergency situations and evaluates and corrects issues.
• Installs appliances and equipment.
• Performs maintenance tasks; checks functionality of safety systems.
• Collaborates with workers and other professionals during renovations.
• Performs set-up and tear down for events.
• Other duties as assigned.
