Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to keep school buildings and grounds neat, clean and in operable condition.
• Make minor repairs and maintain safety; snow/ice removal as needed.
• Inspect equipment and facilities; report repairs to supervisor.
• Regulate HVAC to maintain appropriate temperatures and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and obtain tools/materials as needed for tasks.
• Prepare and maintain records of work and repairs.
