Qualifications

• On-call program may include off-hours responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry tasks and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain grounds, parking lots, and driveways including snow/ice removal.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment as needed; operate manual tools and lawn equipment.
