Responsibilities

• General maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing to support healthcare buildings.
• Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Records readings and responds to customer complaints.
• Performs corrective and scheduled maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Completes work orders and follows applicable codes.
• Maintains pumps, compressors, hydraulics and hospital equipment
• Learns unique hospital systems and equipment to support care team.
• Collaborates with Plant Facilities Department to provide support.
