Responsibilities

• Lead a team of evening shift custodians and provide support for events.
• Coordinate setup, placement of furniture and equipment, and post-event cleanup.
• Oversee daily tasks such as cleaning, floor care, and supplies management.
• Communicate operational issues and facility concerns to leadership.
• Provide input on performance and delegate tasks based on skills and workload.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and school policies.
