Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities operations.
• Strong multi-trade skills across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing appliances and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and staff service requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues including clogs and leaks.
• Perform electrical repairs including outlets, switches, and lighting.
• Provide HVAC support including filter changes and thermostat replacement.
• Maintain and repair appliances such as washers, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Complete carpentry and cosmetic repairs like baseboards and door alignment.
