City Wide Facility Solutions (Portland) seeks a responsible 2nd Shift Janitorial Coordinator to manage nightly routes and coordinate with Account Managers and Independent Contractors. The role focuses on client satisfaction and strong working relationships across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience with email and data entry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Manager to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
• Utilize CRM to review client scope and create an inspection for each client visit.
