Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor. The Janitor position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned area inside a particular building or multiple client sites. AVAILABLE SCHEDULE: Part Time, Monday - Friday, Evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean restrooms, rooms, corridors and entrances; empty trash; replenish supplies.
