Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a part-time janitor for evening shifts to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas across client sites. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom upkeep, trash disposal, window cleaning, and adherence to the client's cleaning standards. Weekly pay is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or six months janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal; use of compactor as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; spot clean carpets and assist with extractions.
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies; follow housekeeping schedule.
