Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, hallways, lobby, bathrooms and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures; restock supplies as needed.
• Clean individual apartments and assist with moves of furniture within units.
• Maintain inventory of custodial supplies; order more as needed.
• Perform snow/ice removal and basic maintenance tasks.
• Set up for meetings and events; assist with decorating as required.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
