Job summary

Beacon Group in Arizona is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented custodian for a part-time role, Monday through Friday, late afternoon to evening. The position supports our mission and provides a friendly work environment within a dedicated custodial team.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety, policies, and quality of cleaning, with opportunities to contribute to a well-maintained facility and support to tenants and colleagues. A background check will be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background and drug screens.
• Candidate must have own transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to training as assigned by Custodial Account Manager, Custodial Lead, or designated trainer.
• Adhere to all Beacon Group policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, security, and customer site policies.
• Ensure assigned spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash/recycle, organizing furniture, & dusting surfaces.
• Sweep / mop hard surface floors, vacuum carpeted areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom/shower fixtures.
• Stock consumable supplies in break areas and restrooms or other areas as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain accountability for assigned facility keys, badges, or other access media. Report stolen or misplaced access media to leadership immediately.
• Ability to act in a professional manner and communicate with building tenants and custodial leadership.
