Job summary

Phoenix - Huntsville Rehabilitation Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, and exterior areas under a 40-hour workweek with a Monday-Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The role emphasizes safe cleaning practices, adherence to contract requirements, and maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and at least six months in a similar position, with the ability to obtain any required background checks and driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six months of experience in a similar position.
• Must be authorized for coverage under agency insurance and have a valid driver’s license and/or personal auto insurance.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check.
• Excellent reading, writing and verbal communication in English; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and keeps work sites, restrooms, and exterior areas in orderly condition per contract.
• Performs work using safe and up-to-date cleaning procedures and methods.
• Complies with all safety requirements related to the job assignment.
• Wears and uses applicable personal protective equipment.
