Job summary

Community College of Allegheny County is seeking a Custodian/Laborer for regular full-time work at North Campus and West Hills Center. The role supports housekeeping, grounds keeping, and general maintenance across CCAC facilities with a 2:30 pm–11:00 pm shift.

A high school diploma or GED and a PA driver’s license are required. Responsibilities include cleaning, operating maintenance equipment, minor repairs, and assisting with campus-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to read, write and do basic math is required.
• Must possess a driver's license.
• A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required for positions that may involve driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform housekeeping, janitorial, grounds keeping and general maintenance duties.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Drive campus vehicles to pick up and deliver supplies and materials.
• Follow laws, policies, and directives; report to supervisor.
