Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, strong communication skills, and required background checks. The position requires on-site work five days per week in Beaver County.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Child Abuse Clearance; PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Clearance

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance during evening hours
• Shut off lights, lock doors, secure buildings after shift
• Return conference or event rooms to standard layouts as requested
• Follow safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations
• Monitor supply levels and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Work cooperatively with other custodial staff and facilities personnel
