Chimes International LTD in Washington, DC is seeking a full-time custodian to perform cleaning and building services in public and work spaces. Shift runs 12:30pm to 9:00pm with a set pay rate of $18.40 per hour at a Washington, DC location.

The role involves cleaning restrooms, disinfection of surfaces, moving heavy items, and following contract specifications. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior custodial experience; AbilityOne program consideration may apply.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect restrooms and public areas according to contract specifications and standards.
• Follow all Agency policies and procedures and maintain hygiene and safety.
• Move, lift and arrange heavy items as required and assist with special restoration tasks.
