Chimes in Washington, DC is seeking a custodial worker to perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and common spaces. You will follow contract specifications, adhere to dress code, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms and surfaces in public areas.
• Vacuum area rugs and carpets; sweep and mop floors.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items as needed.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training.
• Ensure compliance with all building and safety procedures.
