Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in custodial/services/facilities maintenance with ≥3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising custodial staff across multiple shifts or buildings.
• Knowledge of custodial best practices, cleaning methods, and chemicals used in institutional/educational settings.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage staff, schedules, and service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise day and evening custodial staff across shifts.
• Provide on-site leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Assign rotational work zones and ensure coverage for events and after-hours needs.
• Inspect facilities to ensure custodial standards, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Address performance and compliance issues with HR and Facilities Manager as needed.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure consistency and responsiveness.
• Develop standards and priorities with Facilities Manager and PECF.
