Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality in Montgomery, Alabama, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead restaurant and beverage teams during a 4:30pm–2:15am shift. You will drive guest service excellence, manage costs, and ensure smooth operations while supporting casino initiatives across the property.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Related field required.
• High School diploma or GED required (or currently enrolled with GED completion within 6 months).
• Two (2) years’ Food and/or Beverage Supervisory experience required.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing programs to improve operations and customer experience.
• Helps develop and administer controls for outlets to maintain profitability.
• Schedules programs to ensure high service levels with productivity.
• Trains and guides assigned personnel in duties and procedures.
• Manages customer complaints and takes corrective action as needed.
• Oversees hiring, promotion, and staff changes in outlets as needed.
• Assists with menu and wine list development.
