You will lead and motivate kitchen staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth workflows in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Kitchen Manager or similar in F&B.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
