Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Richmond is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS)/Housekeeping for a per diem/PRN schedule (5pm - 9pm) two days a week plus every other weekend in Richmond, VA. The role involves cleaning patient rooms, offices, nurse’s stations, lounges, and common areas to maintain sanitation and a welcoming environment.

The position requires prior housekeeping experience, with a preference for hospital EVS experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience required.
• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospital EVS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean environment in assigned areas, including patient rooms, lounges, hallways and offices.
• Ensure sanitation, order, and appearance of the hospital.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks according to established schedules and procedures.
