Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Housekeeping/EVS Associate for the evening shift, 2 PM to 10:30 PM. This full-time role involves cleaning patient rooms and facilities, pushing cleaning carts, and handling cleaning chemicals with strict safety practices.

You will work every other weekend with holiday rotations, and enjoy an 18% Night Shift Differential plus a $1/hour Weekend Shift Differential when applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication with others by phone and verbally.
• Ability to read and understand material safety data sheets and chemical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in patient rooms and assigned areas.
• Empties hampers, transports soiled linen, and removes trash and medical waste.
• Inventory, restock, and replenish supplies in all assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of departmental equipment and report repairs.
• Complete special projects (windows washing, wall washing) as needed.
• Respond to questions and requests from patients, staff and visitors; strive for high customer service.
