Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to direct support services operations and oversee frontline staff. You will coordinate tasks and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires 4 years in support services with at least 1 year in supervision, strong communication, and multi-tasking under pressure. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-oriented role with high customer contact.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the support services operational needs of the department.
• Coordinate tasks of frontline associates and liaise between administration and units.
• Establish and annually review standards and work procedures for staff.
• Plan staffing, hire and train new associates, and supervise supervisory staff.
• Conduct inspections, report goals and progress, and provide staff training.
