Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down meeting and banquet spaces as per function sheets.
• Maintain awareness of daily event schedules and equipment.
• Inventory, label and secure equipment in proper storage areas.
• Clean and maintain banquet areas and related storage spaces.
• Assist with heavy lifting, tent setup and outdoor spaces as needed.
• Work 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and represent Ruth Eckerd Hall professionally.
