Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking an Emergency Room Technician I for evening shifts on a full-time schedule. This role emphasizes high-quality patient care, teamwork, reliability, and strong communication within the care team.

The position is on-site with an 11am–11:30pm schedule and weekend rotation. Eligible candidates can earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a $15.91 minimum starting wage with increases for experienced candidates and up to $3 shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Preceptor and instructional skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision.
• Triages and documents patient needs and assists with procedures.
• Transport medications and patients; support unit operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient-centered care.
