Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for the Evening shift. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, 3:00pm–3:00am, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

You will join a Level I Trauma Center with a large ED and a collaborative team focused on high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and education, while adhering to the Texas Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of RN Experience in ER is Required.
• RN license.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
• Grad of an Accredited RN Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients and families and document learning needs.
• Work with team to ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care.
