Job summary

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs.
• Create, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health needs and learning goals.
• Delegate tasks and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and quality in care delivery.
• Prepare and document learning needs and outcomes for patients.
