Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for the Evening Shift (3:00pm–3:00am). This full-time role offers 36 hours per week and relocation assistance.

The ER operates as a Level I Trauma Center with a high-acuity patient population and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and patient education while adhering to Texas Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited RN Program.
• RN license.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of starting.
• 1 year of ER RN experience required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs; create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members; assess learning needs.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document and adjust care plans to reach desired outcomes.
