Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients efficiently for ER visits, admissions, observation and transfers.
• Handles pre-arrival and pre-registration workflows across multiple systems as required.
• Secures patient demographics, admission source and insurance information for billing and compliance.
• Explains financial responsibilities and assists patients with cost share and financial aid options.
