Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN license required.
• Prior ANM or team-lead experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, assigning work and evaluating performance; leads development plans to meet department goals.
• May participate in departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgeting and ensure adherence to goals.
• Provides and oversees patient care per planned interventions, documents per policy, and considers age/developmental needs for optimal wellness.
• Creates and implements collaborative care plans based on assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Reviews staff hours vs scheduled hours, handles payroll updates, and coordinates timekeeping and communications.
• Communicates with staff, leads huddles, and identifies staffing needs; may assign overtime and participate in performance reviews.
