Job summary

URBN is hiring an Equipment Operator at our Gap, PA location. The role requires operating warehousing equipment such as forklifts and order-picking devices, ensuring timely processing of customer orders with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The position supports team members on the warehouse floor, maintains organized work areas, and uses RF scanners and touchscreens to track inventory. Shift: Mon-Thu, 5:00pm-3:30am, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating warehousing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and compliance standards while operating warehousing equipment.
• Work well in a team and also independently.
• Follow instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Operate department-specific technology (RF scanners, desktops, touchscreens) to track product location.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by operations leadership.
