URBN, based at the Gap, Pennsylvania distribution center, is seeking dependable Equipment Operators to join our warehouse team. You will safely operate PIT equipment such as forklifts and order pickers, keep inventory organized, and support fast-paced order fulfillment for customers across North America.

The role requires attention to safety, strong teamwork, and reliability. Weekend or extended shifts may be needed during peak season to ensure timely shipments and accurate order processing.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication; reliable attendance.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts during peak season.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate PIT equipment including forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Transport, store, and replenish inventory across storage and staging areas.
• Elevated height operations up to 40+ feet with fall-protection and OSHA compliance.
• Inbound/outbound logistics: loading/unloading trailers, labeling, boxing.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse tech to track inventory in real time.
