Job summary

URBN in Gap, Pennsylvania seeks an Equipment Operator to fulfill warehouse orders using PIT equipment such as forklifts and order pickers, and to support the floor with teamwork and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to operate PIT equipment
• Be able to follow work instructions precisely.
• Maintain safe and compliant work practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (PIT, forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) to fulfill orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist team on the warehouse floor as needed.
• Use RF scanners and touchscreens to track inventory and locations.
• Work overtime as required and communicate effectively with leadership.
