URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is hiring Equipment Operators for its Gap, PA distribution center. You’ll safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other PIT equipment to pick and move inventory for North American customers.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons and a structured wage progression.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong team player with good communication skills, self-motivation, and task follow-through.
• Reliable attendance with the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts and order pickers to move inventory.
• Safely operate cherry pickers to access high-bay racking levels up to 40+ feet.
• Perform inbound/outbound duties: loading, unloading, labeling, and relocating items.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse tech to track inventory in real time.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following URBN safety protocols and inspections.
